The Conference Center is located off the lobby of the West Office Tower (1415 Vantage Park Drive) and is designated for the use of Vantage South End tenants. The Conference Center is equipped to seat 40 individuals at 20 movable tabletops with several benches found along the perimeter of the room. The maximum capacity for the entire Conference Center is 176 individuals. The room can be configured as one large open space or divided into 2 smaller rooms. The front half of the conference space hosts a 175” TV with the capacity to host 40 individuals, and when divided the secondary configuration provides access to a 90” TV with the capacity to host 136 individuals. The room is equipped with an audio-visual system and video hosting capabilities.

The Conference Center also hosts an 8-person board room style space that is equipped with a 65” TV and a Bose sound bar with video hosting capabilities.  

In preparation for meetings and other events, there is a catering kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, sink, ice machine and coffee makers. Staff would be able to easily prepare lunches in this space, and then serve them on the 16-foot serving counter located outside of the conference space. This area is also equipped with two cooling drawers that are perfect to store drinks.
