Tenants wishing to access the building after hours are required to use a building access card issued through Building Management. Please return access cards that are no longer being used.

Initial tenant employee access cards are provided to tenants as outlined in their lease. Additional cards will incur a non-refundable processing fee of $25/card to ensure only employees requiring access to the building after-hours are granted that permission. To request an access card please submit a work order through Prism.


Tenants are encouraged to register visitors via the work order system. Upon arrival, visitors can check in with the Courtesy Desk personnel at any time in the main lobby. Courtesy Desk personnel will not provide access to visitors or guests who arrive without prior notification or approval. It will be up to the individual to reach out to their tenant contact to receive approval for access.

Visitors will be able to park in the deck at the noted parking rates, and Tenants will be able to validate visitor parking at the sole cost to the tenant.


Vendors, contractors, deliveries, and all other services requiring access to Vantage South End must enter through the loading dock and check in with the Dock Master before accessing the East Office Tower, West Office Tower, or Vantage retail spaces. An approved access form is required prior to accessing the loading dock. To submit a request for access please complete the Building Access Form.
