U.S. MAILBOX LOCATIONS

The Vantage South End mailroom is a U.S. Postal substation located in the service corridor on the 1st floor of each tower. Vantage South End mail is sorted off-site with an assigned post office box in the mailroom facility. The mailboxes are secured boxes and can be accessed only by postal personnel.

COURIER & CATERING SERVICE

All couriers and catering deliveries using carts or hand trucks will be directed to enter through the service corridor entrance. They will access the building by using one of the two Service Elevators. Please provide your courier or catering service with an on-site contact and your suite number.

OVERSIZED DELIVERIES

All oversized deliveries should be made after-hours. An oversized delivery is defined as any delivery that will require 2 or more trips in the freight elevator or will require multiple trips via the stairs. It is necessary to make prior arrangements with the Vantage South End Management Team at least 48 hours in advance for all oversized deliveries.
